The City of Lloydminster welcomes members of the public to the launch of the 2013 phase of the College Drive Berm Beautification Project. The event will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. in partnership with CN EcoConnexions - From the Ground Up, Tree Canada and Communities in Bloom.
