requires someone with your skills for their Operations & Promotions
Coordinator position (mat leave). Details below. Deadline to

In anticipation of an upcoming one year maternity leave in November, there is an exciting and pivotal role to fill at Vic Juba Community Theatre. Their Operations and
Promotions Coordinator, under the direction of the General Manager, will
oversee and execute numerous hands-on and supervisory tasks and duties.
Operational areas will include box office, front of house, hospitality, volunteers and general administration.
Promotional work features all areas related to selling their annual Dr.
H.A. McDonald Season, including design, printing, distribution of
materials, soliciting advertisers, media communication, as well as
electronic and print advertising. You are also providing some services
to clients to promote their events and promoting a positive
relationship between the community and the Theatre.
Other work includes creating and updating PowerPoint presentations,
taking photos, and posting event information to our social media sites.
The Operations and Promotions Coordinator will also oversee all
operations in the absence of the General Manager.
Candidates must have a solid background in graphic design. Experience with InDesign and/or Photoshop is required.
