Scotiabank presents the Summer of FREE national movie tour which gives Canadians an opportunity to vote for and watch movies in unique outdoor venues for free. The tour's next stop is Lloydminster, Alberta on Wednesday, August 21 at Bud Miller All Seasons Park. What better place to see Back to the Future than at one of Canada's largest sundials?
Canadians across the country helped to choose the winning movie through the Summer of FREE Facebook Contest - www.facebook.com/Scotiabank - that asked: Which time travel movie would you travel back in time to see? Back to the Future earned the top spot with 48.9% of the vote.
Attendees are invited to bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit back and relax under the stars while the boundaries of the space-time continuum are tested on a 40-foot outdoor movie screen. Moviegoers will experience all the perks that are available to Scotiabank SCENE members year round by collecting SCENE points. Not only will attendees be treated to a free movie, but the first 500 entrants will receive complementary popcorn and water. Each event will also feature a VIP section available to the first 100 Scotiabank SCENE Debit and VISA cardholders who show their Scotiabank SCENE cards.
